Route Departementale 602-A is a short regional road in Northeastern Haiti that links the village of Capotille to the Route Nationale 6 in the city of Ouanaminthe.

Route description[]
RD-602A begins in the commune of Capotille, a rural town in Haiti’s Northeast Department near the Dominican border. The road originates just north of Capotille's town center and proceeds northward as the primary route to Ouanaminthe, providing access for agricultural traffic and local commuters. Outside of the city, the route is also referred to as Route de Capotille or Route 602A, and traverses gently hilly terrain interspersed with farmland, wooded areas, and seasonal streams. After several kilometers, Route 602A passes through the small rural locality of Savane Longue, where it continues to curve through increasingly developed terrain as it nears the outskirts of Ouanaminthe.
Upon entering the southern part of Ouanaminthe, Route 602A becomes Rue de l’Enterrement, marking its transition into the urban street grid. This segment is characterized by moderate traffic and residential density. The route follows Rue de l’Enterrement northward through southern Ouanaminthe until it reaches the city cemetery, at which point it makes a sharp westward turn onto Rue de la Lumière. Route 602A then continues a short distance before reaching its northern terminus at an curved T-shaped intersection with Rue Mont-Organisé. This junction also marks the meeting point with Route 602, which approaches from the southwest (from Mont-Organisé) and continues north for approximately 0.3 km (900 feet) to meet Route Nationale 6.
In downtown Ouanaminthe, not far from the Haitian-Dominican border crossing with Dajabón, RN-6 provides onward connectivity to Fort-Liberté and Cap-Haïtien and serves as a major corridor for cross-border trade and regional transport.
