Route Departementale 304 (RD-304) is a departmental road in Haiti that begins in the city of Hinche, the capital of the Centre Department, and runs northwestward to the departmental boundary. From there, it continues as Route 103, which passes through Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye and eventually reaches Ennery in the Artibonite Department. Although its length is relatively short, Route 304 serves as an important regional connector, linking Hinche to the broader road network that leads toward the Artibonite plains and the northwestern corridor. The road supports daily travel for residents, farmers, and traders, facilitating movement between central Haiti and the agriculturally rich valleys beyond.
