Route Departementale 202

Route Departementale 202 (RD-202) is a north-south departmental road in Haiti.

The RD-202 goes from Bois Dormes, Aquin to Carrefour Moussignac, Miragoâne. This departmental road has a total length of 30.17 Km 19mi.

Route description[]

Route 202 begins at the intersection of Routes 203 and 401 in Bois d'Ormes, a village in Aquin. The route runs north, forming much of the border between Aquin's 5th and 7th sections, through the villages of Lacachine, Puits Chacha and Puits Vibert before approaching Morne Carail, where the road sharply turns left and generally heads northwest. The road continues to a T-intersecation and makes a sharp, almost south-west, left turn where it loops around Morne Joseph, passing the village of Guepe. Route 202 soon enters the Fond-des-Blancs Town Center and crosses a stream next to Perine before approaching the Fond-des-Blancs Airport. The road continues and crosses the Ravine Dubois at the locality of Cacque. The road approaches Dugue where it makes a sharp right before turning left at Rue Dubois. The route continues north and soon enters the Frangipane section of Aquin where it coasts through to the village of Morency and parallels the Rivière Lhomond.

Route 202 soon crosses the Rivière Côtes-de-Fer where it meets Rivière Berzeaud then enters the village of Lhomond. The route continues northward past Nan Bourrique and at Haut du Four, it bears left toward Carrefour Moussignac where the route ends at Route Nationale 2.
