Route Communale 100-J is an auxiliary route located entirely within the commune of Desdunes, Haiti. It runs from the RN-1 intersection in Hautes-Feuilles to the center of Desdunes, a distance of about 5.0 km (3.1 miles). It runs near the Desdunes Canal throughout its journey in Desdunes, crosses into Ville de Desdunes, and ends at Avenue Marie-Jeanne 0.8 km (0.5 miles) south of the Catholic Church.
