Rivière La Thème is a river in the Central Plateau of Haiti.

This magnificent River, pure as crystal, waters the territory of the municipality of Mirebalais, as well as the Gascony and Fer a Cheval. It comes out of the mountains 25 km (16 miles) southwest of Mirebaiais. It receives the waters of the Jean le Bas, Mardi-Gras, Citronniers and Saut d'Eau rivers before flowing into the Artibonite on its left bank. Hydrographic studies indicate that the river could irrigate the Cul de Sac plain. Its waters are magnified by those of several tributaries, the most important of which is the Sapotille River. A channel connecting these rivers would direct their water towards Trianon, from where they would follow the natural slopes of the road from Mirebalais to the Cul-de-Sac Plain, by way of the Morne A-Cabrits.
