The Guinaudée River is a river in Grand'Anse, southwestern Haiti. Its headwaters are in the Hood Mountain Range near Macaya. From there, the Guinaudée meanders generally northeast for about 42 kilometers (26 miles) to its mouth at Jérémie Bay 2 kilometers (1.25 miles) from the mouth of the Grande-Rivière de Jérémie, along Roseaux Road.
It waters the two rural sections of Haute and Basse Guinaudée. Its average width is 3 meters (10 feet). Along its banks, there reside a unique population of curly-haired griffons, known for their distinctiveness. The area is abundant with rushes, reeds, and nattes.
