Pointe l'Abacou is a peninsula in Haiti. It is located in the commune of Saint-Jean-du-Sud, in the southwest part of the country, 160 km (100 miles) west of the capital Port-au-Prince.

The terrain inland is mainly flat, but to the northwest it is hilly. The sea is to the southeast. The highest point nearby is 83 meters (272 feet) above sea level, 2.0 km (3 miles) west of Pointe l'Abacou. The closest major community is Les Cayes , 18 km (11 mi) north of Pointe l'Abacou. In the area around Pointe l'Abacou there are many unusually named islands and peninsulas.
