Security

La Colline d'Aquin was a known as a tranquil area until 1997. However, starting in 1998, local residents began to experience terror as native Collinois engaged in acts of murder and robbery against the community without justification. As the situation deteriorated, an agreement was reached to initiate a project aimed at securing funds for the purchase of a 4 × 4 double-cab jeep, which was to be utilized by the La Colline police sub-station on May 13, 2000. This marked a significant moment, as the local citizens took proactive steps to ensure their own safety. With the support of the 35th Brigade Corps, this initiative successfully mitigated the threat posed by zenglendos in the area. This achievement stands as a notable victory for all Collinois, both in France and beyond, who contributed to this effort.
