Route Departementale 102 (RD-102) is a departmental road in northwestern Haiti.

Route 102 begins in the urban section of Gonaïves at Route Nationale 1 and enters Anse-Rouge 11 miles (18 km) from it's origin at Carrefour Turène and travels northwest on Route Gonaïves-Anse Rouge along the coast through the most beautiful landscapes and ecosystems of Haiti's Northwest. The route crosses the Rivière Bouvard and the Rivière Froide shortly before passing through the village of Coridon. It continues to pass Rivière Colombier just south of Parc-Melon and then crosses the Ravine Mahotiere to enter the L'Arbre section of Anse-Rouge.

The highway runs through the southern section of the town past marshes along the coast. Later it passes through the town center of Anse-Rouge, where it intersects with Route 100-K at Rue Saint-Joseph and Route 102-A at Rue L'Arbre. The latter serves the Anse-Rouge Airport. The center includes such landmarks as the Centre du Sante Anse-Rouge, Eglise Catholique Bon Samaritain, and Eglise et l'ecole Pradel Pompilus. Route 102 continues west for about another 4km west, passing the village of Jasmin and then 3km later it reaches the Baie-de-Henne town line where the road making a 90-degree southbound turn to avoid a lagoon. It crosses several streams before hitting the water to continue up the coast to the Baie-de-Henne town center. It continues nowthwest, running parallel to the Rivière du Henne and crosses the Ravine La Coupe, entering the village of Hatte-Delice. At Carrefour Roulette, the road comes to a split, with the other road running parallel through the village, rejoining at Rivière du Henne. The road makes two more river crossings before reaching the village of Bois-d'Homme, where it enters Baie-de-Henne's Citerne Rémy section. The road passes the locality of Rivièr Henne then zig-zags southward and west, running through a network of streams and footpaths. It later crosses the Ravine Mauvais-pas and enters the commune of Bombardopolis.
It continues west for about another 6km to Platon Laroudie locality where it turns northward to reach the Bombardopolis town center. The road continues northward, and enters the Des Forges section town, and later intersects with Route 52, just after the town line with Môle Saint-Nicolas north of Ravine Maille. The road intersects with Route 502-A and then runs parallel to the Rivière du Môle Saint-Nicolas du la Gorge until it reaches the town center of Môle Saint-Nicolas. Here, the route comes to an end at the intersection with Route 151.
